Newlifepack is a Large-scale Manufacturer of Paper Packaging and Rigid Boxes based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Since our founding in 2008, starting with our first facility on Go Dau Street, Tan Phu District. We have now expanded to a modern factory spanning 12,500 m² in Phuoc Vinh An Commune, adjacent to the center of Cu Chi Town. We also have a representative office located on Tan Huong Street, Tan Phu District.
We provide Comprehensive Packaging Solutions, including exclusive creative design, high-tech printing and post-printing, high-efficiency automated production, and professional logistics and client service. Our product range includes: Premium Product Boxes, Corporate Gift Boxes, Tet Gift Boxes, Mooncake Boxes, Corrugated Boxes, Folding Boxes, Anti-counterfeit Labels, POSM, and other products. Clients can place an order by calling or contacting us via Zalo at our hotline: (+84) 828.44.9999, Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Our Business Department is ready to assist with product inquiries and order placement.
Clients can place an order by sending an email, filling out the form on Newlifepack’s website, or messaging us via Facebook Messenger or the Zalo app. Our Business Department will follow up to provide further guidance and support in placing the order.
Newlifepack offers a variety of payment options for our clients:
Our Accounting Department will assist clients with payment at the Newlifepack Factory.Factory Address: 68 Tran Van Cham Street, Phuoc Vinh An Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Payment account details will be provided in the payment request form, which will be sent to clients by email after the order has been placed.
Once the transfer is complete, clients should call or email NewLifePack to confirm the transaction.
Clients can also pay directly to the delivery staff or Newlifepack staff (with an official introduction letter).
After successful payment, clients should call or email Newlifepack to confirm the transaction.
Alternatively, payment terms can be negotiated between Newlifepack and the client.
Clients have the right to request a valid financial invoice and are responsible for providing all necessary information for invoice issuance.
Newlifepack’s dedicated delivery team ensures the fastest and most reliable shipping service for our clients.
Newlifepack offers FREE SHIPPING for orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City (16 districts, 5 suburban districts, and Thu Duc City).
Our delivery team will deliver directly to the specified address at the client’s convenience.
The delivery time will be arranged based on mutual agreement.
For orders outside Ho Chi Minh City, Newlifepack will use delivery services (such as bus shipping, PT, GHN, GHTN, etc.).
Clients may select the preferred delivery service. Client is responsible for the shipping fees, which should be paid directly to the shipping provider.
Delivery times will be arranged based on mutual agreement.
Clients have the right and responsibility to check the quantity and quality of goods upon delivery.
If there is any discrepancy in quantity, quality, or if the goods are damaged (e.g., torn, bent, or not in the agreed condition), clients must immediately contact Newlifepack to initiate a complaint process.
Newlifepack encourages clients to take photos or videos during the delivery inspection to help in case of claims.
The warranty period is determined by Newlifepack or can be negotiated between Newlifepack and the client.
Newlifepack is responsible for recalling any defective or damaged products caused by the manufacturer’s fault.
Clients have the right to file complaints regarding product quality, service, or staff behavior through the following channels:
All complaints will be processed as quickly as possible, starting from the time Newlifepack receives all necessary information from the client.
Newlifepack is committed to providing the best products and services. Any product or service issues (if they occur) are outside our control. We promise to handle all incidents responsibly and resolve or replace them quickly to ensure the client’s satisfaction.
