The PDC (Print Density Control) system ensures absolute accuracy in both color and register. The A-APC (Asynchronous Automatic Plate Changer) allows simultaneous plate changes across all printing units using a no-bend clamping system, drastically reducing make-ready time — even when switching between special inks or multi-color jobs.
The “asynchronous” mechanism means each printing unit can replace its plate independently, rather than sequentially, optimizing turnaround time for every production run. The system also automatically detects paper thickness and adjusts ink flow for different materials, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring flawless consistency.
