The Collapsible Rigid Box has an overall form similar to a book-style rigid box; however, it is designed with non-fixed edges and corners. As a result, the box can collapse and lay completely flat when not in use, unlike the fixed structure of conventional rigid boxes.

▸ Locking mechanism

The Standard Collapsible Rigid Box features a bottom section consisting of two frame panels that fold inward horizontally, with both ends permanently attached to the cover board.
▸ When assembled, the two bottom frame panels are unfolded and opened outward, connected to the corresponding panels on the cover board, and stabilized by a magnetic locking system.
▸ When collapsed, the two bottom frame panels fold inward smoothly, allowing the entire box to be folded into a single flat sheet, making it convenient for storage and transportation.
The Collapsible Rigid Box with Detachable Base features a bottom structure consisting of four frame panels and four base flaps, with one base flap permanently attached to the cover board.
▸ When assembled, the four bottom frame panels are pulled into their corresponding positions aligned with the box base. The entire frame system is stabilized by a magnetic lock mounted between the cover board and the directly adjacent frame panel.
▸ When collapsed, the four bottom frame panels can be folded sideways along the horizontal axis, allowing the entire box to be folded into two parallel flat sheets, facilitating storage and transportation.
