Corrugated Boxes

A Corrugated Box is a type of box made from Corrugated Cardboard, consisting of multiple layers of paper bonded together. This type of box is commonly used for packaging and protecting goods from impact and damage during transportation. Corrugated Boxes are suitable for packaging a wide range of products, such as food, clothing, footwear, household items, electronics, and documents.

Corrugated Carboard is composed of two main parts:

– Outer surface (consisting of two layers of paper): The outer liner and the inner liner. This section determines the aesthetic appeal of the Corrugated box.
– Inner surface (corrugated core): Comprising with 1 to 3 layers of corrugated paper (E, B, C, EE, EB, BC). This section determines the strength and thickness of the Corrugated Box.

Lamination Papers

One of the drawbacks of Corrugated Cardboard is its uneven surface and limited color reproduction capabilities. Therefore, the typical printing process involves printing designs on thinner paper with good ink absorption properties, which is then laminated onto the Corrugated Cardboard. This method ensures sharpness and effectiveness in presenting colors, images, and text on Corrugated Box products.

Surface Finishes

Post-print surface effects enhance the aesthetic value and overall finish of the product. Some effects, such as lamination and UV coating, also protect the printed ink from abrasion and weathering, making the printed product more glossy and ensuring its long-lasting quality.
