1.1. Personal information voluntarily provided by the Client may include:

Client personal information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a deletion request is received from the Client or the information is no longer relevant to its original purpose of collection.

Newlifepack will respond to valid Client requests as soon as possible, and no later than ten (10) business days from the date of receipt.

Newlifepack is committed to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Client personal information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6.1. Information Protection Measures

• Use of HTTPS protocol to encrypt data during transmission
• Restriction of internal data access based on specific roles and responsibilities
• Storage of data on highly secure systems with regular backups to minimize risks
• Periodic information security audits and risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities promptly

6.2. Data Breach Response

In the event of a suspected data breach, intrusion, or violation involving personal data, Newlifepack will:

7. Client Commitments

By using the products and services provided by Newlifepack, the Client agrees and commits to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, including but not limited to: order account details, communication email addresses, and authentication codes
• Accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized information beyond Newlifepack’s control

Newlifepack reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if any violation of the above commitments is detected.

8. Policy Updates

8.1. Right to Update

Newlifepack reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect market changes, new legal requirements, or internal operational improvements.

8.2. Notification Method

Any changes to the Policy will be formally communicated to Clients through Newlifepack’s official channels, including but not limited to: our website, email notifications, or direct announcements during transactions.

8.4. Implied Consent

By continuing to use our services or proceed with transactions after the notification date, the Client is deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the terms of the updated Policy.
