Consumers can easily scan the traceability QR code on the packaging to view product details, including: Product name, images, manufacturing unit, production date, brand, serial number, and expiration date.
All information is instantly available through the QRtrust app or any standard QR code reader.
By scanning the one-time authentication QR code inside the packaging, consumers can confirm whether the product is genuine. The scanned data is instantly compared with encrypted information stored on the Blockchain, providing immediate feedback. If the product is counterfeit, the consumer can contact customer support for assistance according to the brand’s policy.
